Anti-Ragging Cell

Ragging on campuses has become a national menace. In pursuance of the Supreme Court order on ragging, the UGC has put up several regulations on their website www.ugc.ac.in

The Anti-Ragging Cell has been constituted at Smt. Kapila Khandvala College of Education to prevent any kind of ragging on the campus.

The objectives of the Anti-Ragging Cell are as follows:

To create awareness of the cell and its functions within the campus and through various mediums such as notice boards, website, competitions, posters, etc.
To create awareness of the national anti-ragging line through talks, workshops, displays, and meetings.
To prevent, monitor, and address any anti-ragging cases that come to light within the institution.
To restructure policies for anti-ragging based on experiences of the cell.

A committee for the Anti-Ragging Cell has been constituted consisting of the Principal as Chairperson, senior staff members, and student representatives.

Any student facing any kind of ragging on the campus may notify the cell members through verbal or written representation.
