Grievance Cell

The student’s Grievance Cell has been constituted at Smt. Kapila Khandvala College of Education to promote and maintain a fair and unbiased educational environment. It is a measure to develop a responsive and accountable attitude in the institute to ensure that, there is no laxity in terms of fair-deal with the students.

All grievances will have to be in writing or through an email to any of the members of the students’ grievance redressal cell.  However, anyone with a genuine grievance has the right to approach the department members in person and if reluctant to write the complaint then she/he can appear in person to present the case after seeking an appointment with the committee in advance.

The cell is headed by the principal and three senior faculty members and student representatives.

The objectives of the Grievance Cell are as follows:

• To provide a platform where students feel comfortable to share their problems, general drawbacks and limitations of the functioning of the college, administration and faculty.
• To ensure effective solution to student’s grievances with an impartial and fair approach.
• To redress student’s grievances such as grievance with admission, exams, grading, treatment etc.
• To restructure policies in the light of grievances
