NAAC accreditation – A grade (3rd Cycle)
The last few months have been anything but predictable. Yet, as leaders we have improvised i.e. taken the tools we had access to and acted into our leadership roles- guiding our teachers, connecting our students and talking with parents. Some might refer to this improvisation by the hindi word “Jugaad” or the French word “bricolage”. So, in this study session, we will explore improvisation from a theoretical perspective. The session is expected to help us “understand” what is going on when we are improvising and how our schools and colleges can use improvisation to grow.
